Paid Servics not used by the primary member in a given month will be rolled over from

Q. How much does the spa club cost?
A. The price of the spa club depends on your level of comfort to commit to a healthier and more relaxed you. Our club
rate is as low as $49.99 per month for a 6 month minimum commitment. Monthly payment is quickly
and easily withdrawn from your account with autodraft using a credit card on file.
Q. What are the membership benefits?
A. You will receive your choice of complementary services including a hour Elemental Nature Massage, Elemental Nature Facial, or
Deluxe Pedicure once a month. In addition, you can purchase additional services for the low Member's Only Pricing. In addition, you may purchase gift certificates in store at 10% OFF the regular list price. Unfortunately, all discounts cannot be combined with other offers or specials.
Q. What happens if I want an upgraded complementary service?
A. Just pay the difference between the prepaid serice price and the upgraded service. For example, to receive a deep tissue massage, members price is $64.99, pay addition $15.00 and use your included service for the difference.
($64.99 Deept Tissue Massage - $49.99 Elemental Nature Massage = $15.00)
Q. Can I share my membership?
A. We will gladly add a secondary member to your account at no charge. The secondary member will be able to purchase services at at exclusive Member's Only Pricing. However, they will not be able to receive any prepaid services for the month, unless you authorize the benefit transfeer and pay the resulting $10 transfer fee.
Q. What happens if I don’t use my complementary service in a given month?
A. No fear! As long is your membership is current and active, we will rollover the unused complementary service to the next month.
Some members even bank services and come in once a quarter to get a full spa day, receiving all the included services
at once, creating a package that is $100 cheaper than the comparable regular priced package.
Q. Can I let a friend use my membership so they get my rate of $49.99?
A. Unfortunately, that rate only applies to members, but if you and your friend come in together and get services we
will offer them 20% OFF any regular priced services. In addition, you can transfer one of your benefits to them by paying a $10.00 transfer fee.
Q. What happens if I need to cancel my membership?
A. To cancel your membership, we need written notice provided 30 days prior to your cancellation.
Memberships can not be cancelled mid-term unless you move further than 50 miles from a spa that accepts the spa club.
We can, however, freeze your membership for a 3 month period. Be advised that any leftover prepaid services will be
forfeited upon cancellation of your membership.
Q. Can I use my membership anytime?
A. Yes, just like any other service, call and book your appointment for anytime during regular business hours.
Q. What happens at the end of my term?
A. Unless you cancel your membership in writing, we will continue your membership on a month to month basis.
