Tranquil Moments is a full service Day Spa with an stress free atmosphere of pure relaxation .  We provide services ranging from body treatments, massages, manicure &pedicures, waxing, and facials. We provide a showering facility for those clients that receive body treatments to let you leave completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

Gift Certificates
The best gift for any occasion is a gift certificate . Gift certificates are available either for services to be preformed or as a dollar amount good for any service or product available at the salon or spa. We can customize a gift package based on your preferences of services or any dollar figure that you wish to spend. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

• Certificates are not cash refundable.

• They are good for six months from purchase date.

Booking Your Appointment

Our peak hours are afternoons, weekends (especially Saturdays) and holidays. If would like to schedule any appointment within these times, we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible. If you are flexible and can make a mid-week appointment, we are more likely to be able to accommodate you on shorter notice. Please mention at the time of making your reservation if you will be using a gift  certificate so we can retrieve the paperwork prior to your arrival and advise you of any policy that may affect its use.

Arriving For Your Appointment
We ask that you arrive 10- 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, so that we may gather all necessary pre-service information and for you to enjoy our relaxation room and complementary refreshment bar. In addition, this allows us to provide you with the best service by maximizing the time you receive for your full Tranquil Moments Experience. Just as our name states the atmosphere in the salon and spa is casual, relaxed, and tranquil.

Cancellations/Lateness Policy
We understand that everyone has things that come up - work, kids, or emergencies.

Many people do not understand, though, that when we make appointments with you, it is not one-way - our staff is waiting to meet with you as much as you are with them. There are many times that other people want the same times or appointments as you, and we cannot accommodate them due to our prior commitment (to you).

We as that all appointments be reserved with a major credit car, or gift certificate. Because we want to provide each of our clients with a tranquil experience from the moment they schedule their appointment, we are more than willing to cancel or reschedule you appointment at no charge the first time. We kindly request the courtesy of giving us the following notice for cancellation or rescheduling:

24 hours notice for a single service,

48 hours notice for a package & weekend services,

72 hours notice for a Holiday

After this, however, we do charge 50% of your scheduled appointment to your credit card or gift certificate, if you cancel or reschedule within the above timeframe of your appointment, unless you have another guest willing to take your spot.

Gratuities
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles,

including clothing, cell phones, bags, and any other accessories or items you may bring into the spa.

Out of respect for others, please turn off cell phones, pagers, etc

We reserve the right to refuse service.
